Global Employer Branding & Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead the Employer Branding and employer related Social Media activities of Allianz Technology globally. You will set up a global employer branding strategy, including relevant channels, come up with and implement global and local initiatives and be the subject matter expert to go to for recruiters worldwide. This includes the active Social Media Presence and strategy including coordinating global communities. You will establish and implement related guidelines involving HR managers as well as other senior stakeholders from various involved functions. This also includes any participation in employer awards and recognition programs.~crlf~Further you will be responsible for to drive an engaging global Onboarding for new hires. And to round off your experience, you will contribute to the design and execution of Diversity & Inclusion activities of Allianz Technology – a core part of who we are.

##Responsible to set-up and execute Employer Branding Strategy worldwide and in regards to all related formats and materials~crlf~##Set up and drive Social Media / other external channels incl. job boards' strategy and content~crlf~##Come up with innovative ideas to drive a positive employer reputation~crlf~##Be recognized and act as the subject matter expert worldwide to recruiters and managers~crlf~##Responsible to establish and implement related guidelines worldwide~crlf~##Drive, conduct and leverage employer awards and recognitions ~crlf~##Work closely with Talent Attraction lead with visual artwork, materials and execute targeted campaigns in employer branding via external channels~crlf~##Responsible for global Employee Onboarding ~crlf~##Contribute to design and execute Diversity and Inclusion activities and support to create a global community. ~crlf~

##5-7 years of professional experience in related fields of work ~crlf~##Master Degree in Business, Marketing or Event Management~crlf~##Hands on experience in communication, marketing or employer branding environment, in specific: Proven track record in conceptualization to execution of communication formats and related initiatives~crlf~##Ability to and experience in setting up a consistent "look and feel" in various marketing and communication initiative incl. proven ability to design materials also themselves~crlf~##Experience in driving social media usage and content strategy~crlf~ ~crlf~Skills and Mindset~crlf~## Driven to constantly improve, learn and explore new territories and trends~crlf~## Creative mindset with a solid feeling of what will work in the IT industry~crlf~## Ability to work hands on as well as strategically~crlf~## Excellent collaboration and communication skills ~crlf~## Effective in working in a matrix organization and to handle ambiguity~crlf~## - "Think global, act local" mindset~crlf~
