Within Allianz Partners, Allianz Markets and OE Sales is a dedicated global structure which develops the business relationship with the Allianz insurance entities worldwide. Allianz Markets and OE Sales is responsible for maintaining and improving the relationship to the Allianz entities globally and to develop customer-centric service solutions and new business models jointly with the Allianz entities. In order to do this, a deep understanding of the needs of Allianz entities and their customers paired with an innovative approach is required. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Your role as Business Development Manager will be to further develop the Allianz Markets and OE Sales strategy for the Region Western Europe.~crlf~You will be responsible for both maintaining the existing business portfolio with the Allianz entities in the region and for developing new value propositions and business jointly with the Allianz entities based on a healthy relationship and a needs analysis. This encompasses a deep collaboration with the local Allianz Partners entities, steering the portfolio, the quality, as well as setting and monitoring respective targets across the region. You will report to the Head of Allianz Markets and OE Sales.

In this role, your responsibilities are to: ~crlf~##Define the regional segment strategy and setup sales plan for the Allianz segment~crlf~##Plan, forecast, report and monitor financial and qualitative performance for the Allianz segment in the Region, jointly with Finance and Operations~crlf~##Develop new value propositions jointly with local Allianz Partners and Allianz entities in the Region~crlf~##Drive and support cross-market initiatives involving Allianz entities such as regional projects and tenders with 3rd party customers~crlf~##Support the process for the Strategic and Planning Dialogue and liaise with the respective local Allianz Partners entities, Region and Business Lines~crlf~##Actively develop sustainable business relationships and collaboration between Allianz Partners and the Allianz entities~crlf~##Actively facilitate the collaboration and exchange between the Allianz Partners Regions by sharing best practices and product/ marketing approaches through dedicated communication instruments, e.g. webcasts, conferences~crlf~##Gather intelligence of Allianz companies and competitors in the Region~crlf~

##Experience in sales, key account management, business development and/ or product development~crlf~##Proactive, client-centric attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently~crlf~##Advanced skills in structuring and leading complex tasks, processes and projects~crlf~##Ability to communicate and present in a convincing and structured way~crlf~##Solid knowledge of Allianz Group and Allianz Partners products, services and business model~crlf~##Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build trusted relationships~crlf~##Change Management experience would be a plus~crlf~##Strong MS Office skills, notably in PowerPoint, Excel~crlf~##Languages: Fluent English, additional languages are a plus~crlf~
