Training & Communications Principal - Ethics & Compliance - Minneapolis

Responsible for leading the overall design and delivery of ethics and compliance training and communications for Allianz Life employees and contractors. Knowledgeable in marketing, communications, and/or adult learning methods and is viewed as a senior resource within the company. Supports key internal division communications and strategic plans. Responsible for successfully leading multiple projects, simultaneously with minimal direction. May be tasked with special assignments/projects in support of department strategies.

• Coordinates development and delivery of annual compliance training for Allianz Life employees and contractors to meet regulatory and company requirements.~crlf~• Designs and manages execution of a comprehensive compliance communication plan, oversees effective delivery of relevant topics through various mediums. May include responsibility for drafting complex communications.~crlf~• Develops workflow management capabilities to effectively monitor and prioritize training and communication execution and tracking of relevant content. ~crlf~• Manages creation and consolidation of key business review materials such as the annual Compliance plan, results reporting and Board of Director updates.~crlf~• Supports key Legal, Ethics & Compliance internal communications as well as workforce training and engagement.~crlf~• Acts as division liaison for HR Learning and Development and Corporate Communications. ~crlf~• Analyzes, designs and assesses compliance-related metrics for training and communication optimization and effectiveness. ~crlf~• Manages relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including senior business leaders.~crlf~• Contributes to industry leadership through articles and involvement at industry round-table events; maintains industry contacts.~crlf~• Identifies, researches and resolves complex issues independently.~crlf~~crlf~

6+ years of experience required - in Marketing, Communications, or Training~crlf~Four-year degree required - in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience ~crlf~~crlf~
