Sr. Administrative Assistant - FMO Distribution

Individual will provide administrative support to department management. Helps manage workflow, meet service expectations, and fulfill the division's strategic initiatives for the enterprise.

* Maintain Leadership calendars, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements.~crlf~* Maintain department records and filing system.~crlf~* Open, sort, prioritize and distribute mail.~crlf~* Receive, answer, or route incoming telephone calls.~crlf~* Compose, edit, and distribute department communication.~crlf~* Researches and obtains information for routine and moderately complex reports and special assignments.~crlf~* Data entry.~crlf~* Special projects as assigned.~crlf~* PowerPoint presentations, communications, etc.~crlf~* Attend Senior leadership meeting, track action items and follow up.~crlf~* Other duties as assigned.~crlf~~crlf~

* 2-3 years of administrative experience required~crlf~* Superior verbal and written communication skills, includes composing and editing written~crlf~communication~crlf~* Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with deadlines~crlf~* Flexibility - priorities change on a daily basis because of the fast pace the enterprise works under~crlf~* Project management skills~crlf~* Proven initiative, able to work independently with minimal supervision~crlf~* Confidentiality - Enterprise wide confidential information is sometimes required to complete the functions~crlf~of this job. Must have context and business knowledge to complete activities.~crlf~* Proficient with Word, Excel, and Power Point~crlf~* Keyboarding and ten-key~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~High school diploma required~crlf~Two-year or Four-year degree preferred~crlf~~crlf~
