Sr Administrative Assistant

Working closely with the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) and Internal Audit Directors, support the department activities including managing calendars, schedules, travel arrangements and expense reports; finalizing and distributing audit reports; coordinating survey and time tracking reporting, maintaining BCM and document management; compose, edit and distribute division communication; coordinate Onboarding of new employees, and works on other special projects as assigned. This position is a key member of the leadership team and is critical in helping to support initiatives, projects, and team communication and activities.

• Support the Chief Audit Executive day to day work by managing calendars and schedules and monitoring emails with an understanding of their needs and helping to prioritize and protect productive work time.~crlf~• Support the audit process by scheduling key meetings, finalizing and distributing audit reports, coordinating audit surveys and other management reporting.~crlf~• Maintain BCM, off-site storage, division related documentation and security profiles ~crlf~• Support the Internal Audit Team by coordinating activities, promoting effective communication, helping to celebrate successes and foster commitment, team spirt and trust.~crlf~• Build and retain relationships with the team, other assistance, and key support areas within the organization.~crlf~• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.~crlf~~crlf~

• 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistance and high school diploma ~crlf~• 4-5 years of experience and a college degree preferred ~crlf~• Excellent oral and written communication skills~crlf~• Strong problem solving and organizational skills~crlf~• Results oriented with a strong ability to collaborate with others to accomplish deadlines and deliverables~crlf~• Maintain confidentiality of information and personnel data~crlf~~crlf~
