Operations Specialist - Fixed Policy Administration
Responsible for providing subject matter expertise while resolving client service requests. Successfully influences business results by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, participating in change projects, and recommending process improvements for assigned functional area. Accountable for accurately applying extensive knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations and adhering to established guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulations. Uses sound judgement to make the appropriate decisions for both the customer and Allianz.~crlf~**Securities licensing is generally required for those directly involved with activities related to Variable products, Broker Dealers, and Registered Representatives.**
-Build and maintain superior internal and external customer relationships by learning, understanding, assessing, and satisfying customer needs ~crlf~-Review, research, analyze, and resolve complex service requests and inquires to achieve successful business outcomes.~crlf~-Influence business results and customer experience by proactively monitoring trends, identifying opportunities, and recommending and implementing improvements in processes, controls, and ease of doing business.~crlf~-Lead and/or participate in team, department, and enterprise change projects. Participate in special assignments as required to meet business needs.~crlf~-Acts as subject matter expert for functions within assigned area. Provides effective training and coaching to other employees within and outside of the team.~crlf~- Audits, oversights, and provides reporting on processes. Uses data to recommend and implement process and procedure improvements, and to provide additional coaching and training ~crlf~- Contacts clients to help resolve client inquiries or missing requirements ~crlf~~crlf~
Experience:~crlf~2-3 years of experience required: In multiple areas in Allianz Operations preferred, experience in insurance or financial services required~crlf~*Self starter with a strong initiative is required for this role ~crlf~~crlf~4-5 years of experience preferred: In multiple areas in Allianz Operations preferred, experience in insurance or financial services required~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~Two-year degree required: Business or equivalent experience~crlf~Four-year degree preferred: Business or general education~crlf~~crlf~* LOMA 1 & 2 or equivalent industry training (if required for role)~crlf~**If Securities licensing is required as outlined above, the deadline to obtain is 90 days from the date Variable-related activities commence.~crlf~~crlf~
