With a focus on larger global risk portfolios and major national risks, we offer tailor made ‘All Risks’ insurance and reinsurance programs through our global network. ~crlf~In this newly created role reporting to the Head of Global Distribution, with a team of 5 direct reports, you will be the owner of the relationships with all strategic distribution partners and sales channels, and will act as interface for broker relationship to the Allianz Group. You will define the KPIs (eg. profitability) used to evaluate brokers throughout company, with Broker 360 and will manage business requirements for My AGCS 2.0.

In this role, you will……~crlf~##Interact at the highest and global level with our broker and distribution partners, fostering robust relationships and acting as "first port of call" for key brokers' enquiries~crlf~##Define the shape and realization of link between broker remuneration and KPIs~crlf~##Facilitate broker's understanding of AGCS underwriting appetites and capabilities~crlf~##Drive actively towards broker relationship mapping to increase AGCS’ profile and promote AGCS as preferred insurer amongst key clients~crlf~##Own business requirements for My AGCS 2.0 to ensure functionality and usability of the tool, geared to clients and distributors~crlf~##Be the key internal contact between brokers and Allianz Group~crlf~##Define company wide KPIs (eg. profitability) used to analyze and evaluate broker~crlf~##Manage 5 direct reports to ensure an optimal Client / Broker Engagement Model and relations~crlf~##Ensure delivery of Strategic Account Planning renewal strategies and plan targets~crlf~##Clearly articulate the AGCS multi- line business offering and benefits~crlf~##Develop compelling individual value propositions for key people involved in the buying decision~crlf~##Employ a structured, repeatable process during the sales cycle that assesses and mitigates potential risks and realigns the win strategy~crlf~##Manage the client/broker engagement model including the internal stakeholders~crlf~~crlf~

##Tertiary education and completion of professional insurance qualification preferred~crlf~##Significant experience in industrial or specialty insurance industry, particularly for International Program Business, in front-line business development~crlf~##Robust knowledge of Allianz insurance~crlf~##Well recognized long-term networks with clients & brokers at peer group level and well established within the market ~crlf~##Demonstrable ability to foster long term, profitable relationships at senior level in broker and client organizations~crlf~##Successful track record of prospecting new clients in industrial / specialty insurance segment ~crlf~##Significant experience working in complex, global matrix organization~crlf~##Business insight: able to apply the in-depth knowledge on market developments to own position in the market~crlf~##Understanding of channel environment, basics and economics and factors that affect it~crlf~##Strategic Market Management techniques: develop client & broker value proposition according to AGCS strategy and translate the components of Marketing Mix via a Market Management plan~crlf~##Analyze the various techniques of Distribution and apply them to prepare sales distribution~crlf~##Communication and presentation skills, able to influence others~crlf~##Line management skills, able to motivate others and help them exceed expectations~crlf~##Negotiation skills and commercial acumen~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
