Global HR Governance Manager (m/f/d) – temporary until April 2022
At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in Munich and reporting to the Head of HR Operations & Analytics, you will oversee all topics related to Policies and Guidelines as well as HR Cost Governance. This includes ensuring legal and regulatory compliance within HR. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and consultancy to regional as well as global HR teams on different programs, tools, analyses and processes. This position provides an unique opportunity to contribute significantly to global projects and initiatives. You will drive your tasks independently and on a global scale.
##Act as subject matter expert on managing HR risks~crlf~##Coordinate deployment of regulatory requirements into HR operating procedures, review data protection agreements regarding the processing and use of HR data~crlf~##Coordinate and oversee internal HR Audits and act as single-point-of-contact for HR globally~crlf~##Steer cost management for all HR cost centers centrally and work closely together with Finance colleagues to understand and clarify any unforeseen bookings ~crlf~##Review HR related IT and Services charges on HR cost centers (e.g. HRT charges and legacy AZ Tech charges) ~crlf~##Manage service charge transition from legacy systems to HRT ensuring validity of invoices and no duplicate charging, ensure services provided and SLA’s are met~crlf~##Be part of global HR projects and take a leading role for sub-areas (e.g. part of the HR Transformation roll-out)~crlf~
##You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field ~crlf~##At least 5 years of proven senior HR experience preferably in a global organization~crlf~##Analytical and numerical skills: ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources (global processes, conflicting information, spot inconsistencies, trends, etc.)~crlf~##Expert Excel skills ~crlf~##You have worked in a matrix environment supporting multiple locations~crlf~##You have experience to lead discussions on senior management level~crlf~##You have a good knowledge of local/regional/global employment law and you’re able to negotiate, often in difficult situation and steer discussions to a desired end~crlf~##You express your ideas and messages clearly and with confidence~crlf~##Fluency in German and English required~crlf~
