Executive Assistant to Managing Director, Ibero/LatAm

The function holder represents the interests of the Regional Managing Director and serves as a communication interface/link for the incoming and outgoing information of the Regional Managing Director’s office and especially for communication with the respective Board Unit as well as country and regional managers. The Executive Assistant ensures that the Regional Managing Director can focus on strategic matters by processing delegable tasks.

In this role you will…~crlf~##Prepare, participate and follow-up meetings, as well as take minutes for the Executive Management meetings ~crlf~##Pre-screen presentations and other documents addressed to the Regional Managing Director and sharing them with relevant areas to ensure communication flow.~crlf~##Interface function: coordinate and cooperate with the Heads of Departments, country/regional managers and CRM01 office~crlf~##Lead and follow up project work and initiatives that require the attention or representation of the Regional Managing Director such as strategic projects, growth projects etc.~crlf~##Manage and handle daily administrative tasks for the Regional Managing Director ~crlf~##Organize and prepare internal events such as any regional offsite, Town Hall, and others~crlf~

##You are able to clearly and effectively express ideas and messages orally and in writing~crlf~##You are able to influence without authority and have proven experience in communicating results to a variety of stakeholders incl. senior management~crlf~##You can effectively express and display thoughts and ideas visually, using various tools~crlf~##You are a proficient user of general office application tools e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word~crlf~##You have excellent academic qualifications (ideally at Master’s level)~crlf~##You are able to handle multiple tasks and effectively use your own resources and are able of handling competing priorities under tight deadlines ~crlf~##You are able to understand insurance financial statements and related key performance indicators, key financial ratios and business drivers~crlf~##You have Insurance and Allianz Group Know How ~crlf~##You are able to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze, study or examine data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions and effectively develop solutions (including implementation) to complex stakeholder requirements~crlf~##You have experience of project and team work in an international and dynamic environment.~crlf~##Fluent English and Spanish, Portuguese knowledge would be ideal but not required~crlf~
