Document Management and Digitization Expert (m/f/d)
You are part of the Digital Law & Data Protection team. You need to provide support, guidance and advice to the AGCS management, global functions and local offices. You have to ensure that all practices, policies, and business activities of AGCS comply with the AGCS legal standards. You will provide guidance and advice with special focus on Document Management and Digitization issues. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Law and Data Protection.
In this role ….~crlf~##You analyze queries, develop and evaluate excellent solutions for your clients in a structured manner that you present in a proper written and oral form.~crlf~##You know how to proactively identify and analyze relevant issues, provide advice to clients by considering the AGCS business goals, draft and present key documents and recommendations in a clear and understandable form.~crlf~##You know how to translate technical requirements of Document Management and digital regulation into user-friendly language.~crlf~##You analyze, review, draft and negotiate policies, guidelines and other global applicable documents with internal and external clients in your area of responsibility.~crlf~##You address proactively Document Management and relevant digitization aspects within AGCS, where you further develop, improve and implement the legal, regulatory and compliance framework and processes of AGCS in order to meet the legal, regulatory and internal requirements.~crlf~##You draft and coordinate company positions with regards to all Document Management-related requirements and ancillary legal issues and contract matters.~crlf~##You take over responsibilities for the training and steering of the AGCS Data Privacy and Document Management Champions.~crlf~
##You are holding a law, engineering, business administration or equivalent degree. You have experience in working internationally, ideally within a complex matrix organization.~crlf~##You have minimum 5 years professional experience in document management and/or data privacy and/or digital law preferably in another in-house legal department, international business unit, international law firm, consulting company or transnational organization. Business analyst experience is an additional asset. ~crlf~##You have a good understanding of general commercial or IT business practice and experience in project management. Your decision making and advise considers law & economics rationale.~crlf~##Ideally, you have full expert knowledge and practical experience with applicable Document Management and/or Data Protection regulation, especially GDPR. You are able to implement Document Management and/or digital regulation requirements within the AGCS business organization.~crlf~##You are able to negotiate and work professionally in German and English. Other language skills, e.g. French, Spanish or Italian, are an advantage.~crlf~##You demonstrate strong business acumen and client service mentality.~crlf~##You have excellent organizational skills including strong communication, decision-making, presentation, human relations and expectation management.~crlf~##You are used to carry out your tasks independently within your area of responsibility.~crlf~
