Campaign & Sports Sponsorship Manager (m/f/d)
The Global Marketing & Customer Experience team at AGCS is looking for someone to join the team as Campaign & Sports Sponsorship Manager, who will manage the design, development and execution of global marketing campaigns and activation of sponsorship platforms.~crlf~ ~crlf~We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing and driving Marketing activities around campaign and sponsorship to support our global brand positioning and is willing to challenge the status quo, inspiring the organization with creative ideas delivering on company’s strategy and in line with business priorities.
##Develop and run Marketing Campaigns (online & offline) based on the business strategy and goals, including: designing the campaign leveraging existing frameworks, defining the campaign elements, estimating the budget, and coordinating with multiple areas of the organization and its stakeholders~crlf~##Ensure the Marketing Campaigns are aligned with specific business goals, with clear KPIs established, collected and reported~crlf~##Lead and support the implementation and rollout of the new digital campaign tool and act as key contact person for the regions~crlf~##Lead and design a sports sponsorships activation strategy and frame work to leverage Allianz brand assets, sponsorships and partnerships, mainly related to Sports Arenas and other sports.~crlf~##Work together AGCS Regions to implement a Sponsorship framework for AGCS that leverages the Allianz Group Sponsorship Assets and supports the delivery of AGCS strategy and business goals, driving the alignment with varies stakeholders~crlf~##Conduct RFPs for creative agencies and external providers, according to the AGCS standards~crlf~##Lead the development of creative Jobs / advertising, working closely with the creative agencies~crlf~##Deliver on ad-hocs jobs request such as: Marketing/Board presentations, reports, etc.; driving and participating in key strategic projects which impact Marketing &Customer Experience~crlf~
##Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in marketing, branding, sports sponsorships~crlf~##Solid operational and strategic marketing knowledge/experience~crlf~##Proven track record of developing, implementing and monitoring global campaigns framework aligned with business goals and priorities, including KPIs~crlf~##Proven experience in developing and implementing sports sponsorship framework, including strategy, activation and negotiation with 3rd parties~crlf~##Knowledge on Adobe Campaign or other Campaign Management Tools~crlf~##Fluent English skills, any other languages advantageous~crlf~##Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills~crlf~##Ability to work in an international global environment with outstanding inter-cultural skills and ability to deliver in a matrix organization~crlf~##Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally~crlf~##Ability to persuade and motivate others to act, without executive authority~crlf~##Experience in managing complex projects, ideally across various areas, regions and organizations~crlf~##Strong negotiation skills~crlf~##Solution orientated and team player~crlf~##Experience in facilitating workshops is a plus~crlf~
