Business Architect (m/f/d)
Our vision at AGCS is to plan and lead high quality business transformation outcomes to be the benchmark in Corporate, Specialty and Risk Management solutions. ~crlf~ ~crlf~You will be part of a global team and provide expert business consultation to domain stakeholders in defining and designing business processes, functions and organisational structures. Your responsibilities also include to guide Business Analysts and work collaboratively with Strategic and IT Enterprise Architecture in ensuring that solution requirements are strategically oriented so as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall AGCS landscape
##Contribute to the delivery of complex projects. This includes e.g. consulting with competency centres and domains to ensure business requirements meet both target architecture standards and ability to re-use digital assets but also meet global and local business requirements.~crlf~##Participate in overall enterprise architecture development, including business architecture, information architecture, application portfolio and supporting technical architecture.~crlf~##Participate in enterprise strategy development by supporting Proof of Concepts, Segment and country analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation reviews.~crlf~##Align and collaborate with other CxO Governance functions to remain apprised of project status, and ensure alignment of design decisions.~crlf~##Engage in best practice sharing and facilitate development of cross-domain solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, general technological options, and process facilitation techniques.~crlf~##Steer and/or manage project teams as part of business led initiatives as well as BT programs/projects. Manage the expectations of the team and accompany them through the project and ensure quality in each step.~crlf~##Manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. ~crlf~##Be the champions for Business Solutions & Architecture in your local country and elsewhere and work with BT colleagues and/or other stakeholders to determine global and local communication requirements and develop relevant materials as needed. ~crlf~
##You have 5 to 7 years’ experience in insurance ~crlf~##You have 5 years’ experience in project management, ranging from individual tasks to large complex projects ~crlf~##You understand IT architecture, business architecture frameworks and capability modelling~crlf~##You embrace agile working and engage in constant learning, to adapt to internal and external customer needs~crlf~##Consulting skills: relationship management, customer satisfaction, understand customer needs, build CBA & Business Case, facilitation, consult business.~crlf~##Insurance business experience and knowledge of AGCS’ existing process landscape~crlf~##Able to build and maintain positive relationships and work collaboratively in a team ~crlf~##Ability to lead people of different cultures directly and indirectly~crlf~##Strong communication, motivational and problem solving skills~crlf~##English (Fluent – able to negotiate); Local / other language (Basic)~crlf~
