The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Underwriting Department in all aspects of underwriting operations, policies and procedures in line with Allianz Group requirements.
•~crlf~Assist Underwriters with new and renewal business, including preliminary reviews, putting together profit & loss reports, preparing quote templates etc. ~crlf~•~crlf~Support preliminary review activities and claims extractions, as well as compile profit & loss reports etc.~crlf~•~crlf~Assist multinational business with policy servicing and administration including reviewing of ad-hoc midterm enquiries, or endorsements to existing policies~crlf~•~crlf~Liaise and follow up with placement brokers closely for premium closings, advices and premium calculations to ensure premium bookings are completed in timely manner~crlf~•~crlf~Provide post-binding support by filing and maintaining documentation in line with compliance requirements~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~Diploma holder.~crlf~•~crlf~3 - 5 years of experience in General Insurance, of which, a minimum of 2-3 years’ administrative experience in the General Insurance sector.~crlf~•~crlf~Prior experience working in an insurance/ reinsurance company.~crlf~•~crlf~Possess Personal General Insurance (PGI) and Basic Concept of Principle (BCP) and Health Insurance (HI) certificates.~crlf~•~crlf~Familiar with Casualty Insurance products in a Broking and / or Underwriting environment.~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in underwriting support functions, data entry and policy administration.~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to navigate ambiguity and to see work through to completion with minimal supervision.~crlf~•~crlf~Good communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.~crlf~•~crlf~Methodical and analytical mindset.~crlf~•~crlf~Team player.~crlf~~crlf~
