Account Technicians

  • Superior customer service is woven into the corporate fabric at AGCS.  If providing world class customer service is essential to you, you’ve found a home in our Operations team as an Account Technician.  In this role you’ll work closely with our Underwriters, and at times our Brokers and other colleagues, to ensure that our customer’s policies and endorsements are processed and issued in a timely and accurate fashion.  Because of you, we can provide faster product delivery to our customers and our underwriters have more time to write business.  If you’re service-oriented, are looking for an opportunity to make a difference and want to be part of a globally-recognized, first class organization, consider becoming part of AGCS.
Customer Service Reps

  • At Allianz Life, our Customer Service Reps provide prompt, professional and accurate responses to telephone inquiries from registered representatives, contract owners, insurers, and distributors. This fast-paced position requires end-to-end product knowledge of Allianz products as well as the ability to thrive in a structured and active inbound call-center environment. This position will be responsible for answering inquiries on product features, understanding product performance, and educating owners on the features of our products, as well as completing financial transactions related to sub-accounts. We offer in-depth training, tools, and resources that will prepare you to be successful. Customer Service Associates

  • Helping customers is who we are at Allianz. If help is in your DNA, consider a customer–facing position with us. You’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they call or email. You’ll need to learn about and stay up-to-date on our products and services so you can help meet the customers’ needs. As a customer service associate in travel or bankcard, in addition to interacting with customers, you’ll enter data; research customer questions; send out claim forms; and more. Or if you love to sell, consider our business-to-consumer (B2C) sales roles where you’ll handle inbound phone calls from customers wanting to purchase our products. You’ll identify customer needs and educate them on product and service options; provide quotes; and close sales, and more.
