In the team BA – Analytics you are integrated in an expert and project team with a highly diversified range of topics. ~crlf~As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) you are responsible for risk analysis process optimization, the creation of reports and the design of solutions for new client requests either from scratch or using existing IDS systems. You are the key contact and the interface between the business requirements and application engineers. You will perform data analysis, find solutions for data processing and transform as well as find internal control mechanism to improve reporting quality. Your work will also involve collaboration across departments to support and act as a consultant to your colleagues on questions concerning data requirements. ##Subject matter expert designing solutions for regulatory reporting requirements regarding risk measurement, focusing on Investment Risk~crlf~##Support digital transformation of the Risk- and Finance functions using new methods like Big Data Analysis, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence~crlf~##Implementation of new funds, new asset classes and new business requirements~crlf~##Support and advice colleagues from different departments~crlf~##Data analysis via SQL, R, Python as well as rapid prototyping via VBA and Python~crlf~##Key member in various internal and external projects~crlf~##Interface between clients, project members and end users~crlf~

##University degree in mathematics, physics, business administration, economics or related fields~crlf~##Experience in Asset- and Risk Management or banking industry including exposure to financial markets and instruments~crlf~##First professional experience in relevant field (e.g. consulting, controlling or modelling) ~crlf~##A very flexible and proactive approach, combining diplomacy and assertiveness~crlf~##Strong analytical and conceptual skills~crlf~##High degree of analytical thinking, motivation, autonomy and an above-average willingness to perform~crlf~##High responsibility and understanding of data quality and stable operative processes~crlf~##Programming skills in VBA, SQL, R and Python is a plus~crlf~##Fluent in English and German~crlf~
