- Actively participates in the regional budgetary process~crlf~ - Consolidates and analyses the monthly reports of the branches~crlf~ - Communicates accurate, consistent and timely financial information to the management (Regional / Group) while ensuring compliance with the deadlines~crlf~ - Meets the specific reporting requirements on the regional level and ensures compliance with the Group's standards~crlf~~crlf~Future challenges :~crlf~- Improve the quality of the reports from the branches and continue with the process harmonisation~crlf~- Establish a link between operational indicators (business) and financial indicators in order to implement a prospective approach for the financial analysis, thereby assisting with management decision-making~crlf~- Improve the monitoring of the cost accounting

Oversight :~crlf~* Oversees, analyses and consolidates the reports from the branches ~crlf~* Checks the consistency of the financial data with Business reality~crlf~* Provides a follow-up and relevant analysis of the evolution of costs, on the regional level as well as the costs specific to the regional teams~crlf~Reporting :~crlf~* Manages and updates the system for local reports (financial and operational), using the Group's standard report templates~crlf~* Ensures monitoring of financial and non-financial events by means of the usual KPIs~crlf~~crlf~Budget :~crlf~* Actively participates in the regional budgeting process~crlf~* Analyses the budget and compares it with actual figures~crlf~~crlf~Oversight tool: ~crlf~Provides accurate and timely information to the management in order to help with decision-making. Warns the management in case of significant deviations~crlf~

Market knowledge~crlf~* Understanding of the local market and regulations~crlf~Business Expertise~crlf~* Good knowledge of IFRS accounting rules ~crlf~* Technical knowledge of SAP and Finance +~crlf~Interpersonal skills~crlf~* Master's Degree in Economic Science, Sales Engineer~crlf~* Controller with at least 2 years of management experience~crlf~* Good knowledge of English~crlf~* Critical, analytical and summarizing skills~crlf~* Comfortable with figures, accuracy and clarity~crlf~* Good knowledge of Excel, SAP (FI and BW), PowerPoint, Finance Prod~crlf~
