Take charge of the Marketing/Market Management function in CEE~crlf~• Recognized leader for all Marketing/Market Management related topics;~crlf~• Responsible for steering of the local Marketing managers in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary & Romania;~crlf~• Directly managing the CEE Digital Marketing team based in Prague (one Webmaster & one CRM/Database marketer);~crlf~• Driver of growth and ambassador of the overall MMCD strategy.~crlf~~crlf~2. Contribute to commercial results~crlf~• Lead generation strategy and roll out through a multi-channel approach (eg. telemarketing, digital, cross sell, self-prospection);~crlf~• Managing the planning and evaluation of campaigns;~crlf~• Best practice sharing between countries.~crlf~~crlf~3. Drive digital transformation~crlf~• Support the shift from more traditional direct marketing towards digital;~crlf~• Steer and leverage on the digital marketing team and the regional and group functions;~crlf~• Oversee the updating and maintaining of the new EH websites and optimize usage of marketing automation tools, including Marketo;~crlf~• Implement and improve CRM practices, including strengthening and utilization of the internal prospecting database;~crlf~• Implementation and managing the execution of a social media strategy.~crlf~~crlf~4. Enhance content strategy~crlf~• Development and steering of a content strategy;~crlf~• Identifying and tapping into existing content with the Group;~crlf~• Development and localization of content with support of the local Marketing managers;~crlf~• PR for all lines of business, including Bonding & mid-term.~crlf~~crlf~This full time role reports to the CEE MMCD director.

The role is best fit for someone who is/ has:~crlf~• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications; ~crlf~• Ability to develop and motivate own team and commercial staff in general;~crlf~• Positive, highly motivated, can-do and target driven personality;~crlf~• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – structured, effective communication, ability to speak the language of the counterpart;~crlf~• Ability to switch between operational marketing topics and more strategic steering of the function;~crlf~• Entrepreneurship and high level of commercial awareness, strong ability to plan and organize work;~crlf~• Written and verbally fluent in English and ability to interact with all levels of the organization~crlf~• Experience with digital marketing tools and digital transformation is an advantage.~crlf~
