In cooperation with the international operating entities of Allianz, Allianz Automotive (AzA) conceptualizes tests and implements innovative insurance products and processes for our business partners.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Operational, administrative, organizational and content-related support to the CUO in regards of: travel, meeting and event organization/coordination, cost approval, budget monitoring, preparation and compilation of presentations, minute keeper, etc.~crlf~##Team Assistant to local Munich and Greater China Technical Area (three teams) in terms of: office management, travel management, travel cost reimbursement, meeting coordination, time management, etc.~crlf~##Responsible contact person for: internal services, IT-, accounting, HR-services, etc.~crlf~##Carry out onboarding and off-boarding of employees~crlf~##Coordinate employee trainings & professional development

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    a)Qualification, Certification and Experiences ~crlf~##Excellent Skills in German and English (spoken and written)~crlf~##Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); BEST and SAP would be an advantage~crlf~b)Qualification, Certification and Experiences (functional / technical / mythological / social skills)~crlf~##Strong secretarial skills, knowledge and experience in general office procedures and management~crlf~##Very strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively~crlf~##Proven ability to work independently and accurately under pressure and to demonstrate flexibility~crlf~##Excellent communication skills, including the ability to relate effectively with diverse audiences~crlf~##Team player with excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills~crlf~##Open minded and with a customer orientation mindset
