  • Key Responsibilities

    The Head of Customer Experience and Market Management will be an innovative leader with creative, strategic and~crlf~financial acumen. He/She will be an experienced marketer who is able to lead and drive our customer experience,~crlf~innovation and marketing and communication efforts that support the organization´s strategic priorities and~crlf~business objectives. This person will play an important role in Allianz Partners Iberia ( Spain and Portugal)leadership~crlf~team and will be expected to work collaboratively across functions and countries.~crlf~He/She will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of our global, regional and local strategies,~crlf~positioning our brand to all relevant audiences to drive revenue and awareness and delivering innovative solutions~crlf~to support the growth.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    • Owner of the strategic Dialog and contributor to planning dialog.~crlf~• Provide market research and customer insights to guide growth.~crlf~• Manage Customer Experience and Voice of Customer program (measure – learn – transform).~crlf~• Deliver innovative solutions and support the roll-out of global and regional initiatives.~crlf~• Develop credible, timely and relevant marketing and sales content, and customer friendly, on-brand~crlf~communications for customers and employees.~crlf~• Use on and off-line channels to ensure our content and communications reach the intended audience.~crlf~• Manage the team (7 FTEs)and a number of third parties.~crlf~• The tenant will be part of the local Az Partners Spain Comex, will report solid line to the Regional Market Manager~crlf~and dotted line to the Az Partners local CEO.~crlf~• The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with travels to Lisbon (Portugal) and punctually to other European~crlf~cities ( Paris, Milan mainly) for regional or group meetings.

    • University degree in marketing or related area. Min 10 years experience in similar position~crlf~• Ability to handle pressure, tight deadlines and changing priorities.~crlf~• Creative, adaptive, influential, visionary, organized, precise, facts based~crlf~• Entrepreneur, customer focused, collaborative and honest,~crlf~• Line management experience (performance management, career development, and~crlf~understanding of others),~crlf~• Working in matrix &global management experience (running projects and/or cross functional~crlf~delivery, etc…),~crlf~• Strong understanding and experience delivering successful digital marketing as well as traditional~crlf~marketing, B2B2C and B2C,~crlf~• Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, leading PR activities, research, analysis, writing, public~crlf~speaking, event management, budgeting,~crlf~• Track record in setting and delivering UX programs,~crlf~• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, UX and communication,~crlf~• Outstanding communicator, both orally and in writing: able to translate complex concepts and~crlf~vague proposals into crisp, clear and concise messages.~crlf~• Experience in managing multiple projects and agile team with various budget, sizes and timing~crlf~scales.
