  • Job Purpose/ Role

    We are currently seeking a position based in our head office in Paris. ~crlf~Your main task will be to support the AzP CEO, as a member of the CEO Office in the day-to-day work, also taking on special tasks.~crlf~In this role, you will also lead and coordinate projects related to finance, tech excellence or other topics. ~crlf~You have the unique opportunity to closely work with the members of the board and other key stakeholders. ~crlf~In your role, you will get top-management insights and serve as communication interface to various stakeholders in and outside the Group. ~crlf~ ~crlf~The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to both Group-level and regional/ local senior management, and to be at the front-line of new business developments within Allianz, thus opening various international career steps.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Providing your manager with coordination assistance in value-added and various missions mainly focused on financial /actuarial issues, project management or initiatives analysis coordination and follow-up. This includes:~crlf~ ~crlf~##Represent the CEO and liaise with other Group/Zone Functions (HQ Stakeholders, CEO’s…); actively participate in projects / initiatives as directed by the CEO which involve high level project management skills and analysis.~crlf~##Coordinate and follow-up projects and activities with key stakeholders: organize schedules, communicate to the parties and monitor the development of the projects. Draw attention/alert the CEO to the priority changes, upcoming topics, risks…~crlf~##Provide effective support to your manager in preparing high quality key documents as and when required that can involve conceptual and structured processing (internal and external presentations, briefings, reports, newsletters…).~crlf~##Ensure that the expected level of service is always delivered. ~crlf~##Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all dealings with CEO.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##Strong project management skills (5 years relevant experience) with consulting or PMO background~crlf~##Strong financial/actuarial skills~crlf~##Good interpersonal skills, ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization~crlf~##Extremely structured and organized approach towards work, with strong attention to details~crlf~##Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in plans / moving priorities~crlf~##Curiosity and learning agility~crlf~##Working knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically excellent skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) ~crlf~##Fluent in English including excellent writing skills; good level of French and German would be a plus
