    Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) ensures that external spend in all areas of IT and non-IT is managed in a professional and compliant way. The procurement teams negotiate global frame contracts and/or global deals with external vendors to steer global external spend and to leverage the purchasing power of the Allianz Group. The „Procurement Expert (Principal) for IT Workplace Solutions & Services“ is responsible for the sourcing of IT Workplace related Products and -Services for the Allianz Group. The category covers the procurement of Hardware as well as IT Services such as Managed Workplace- and Print Services.~crlf~The place of employment is Munich.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, standardization, service delivery / quality improvements and process efficiency~crlf~##Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions, create significant value to stakeholders for cost effectiveness, flexibility and efficiency~crlf~##Preparation, negotiation and conclusion of national and international RFPs, negotiations and contracts taking into account the Allianz internal guidelines and the applicable laws and regulations~crlf~##Strategic guidance and steering of the responsible commodities within the procurement category of Global IT Workplace Procurement~crlf~##Report and control procurement-specific, defined performance indicators~crlf~##Control and monitor contract compliance, order fulfillment and life-cycle management, administrate and control procurement projects as part of an overarching Supplier Management~crlf~##Execution of market studies, benchmarking, support monitoring and analysis of the market in IT Workplace Area

    ##Academic degree, preferably in business/law or technical disciplines~crlf~##More than 5 years of relevant job experience~crlf~##Experience in international projects~crlf~##Legal knowledge and contracting experience~crlf~##English and German: fluent in spoken and written (min C1)~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information
