(Senior) Visual Designer (m/f/d)

The Global Digital Factory (GDF) is part of Allianz Technology and aims to digitalize existing business applications and customer journeys to match the customer needs and increase productivity gains. We are looking for a Visual Designer who supports our mission to translate research results, strategic frameworks and business objectives into compelling, easy-to-use, emotionally engaging and meaningful visualized interfaces for customers, as well as internal expert users.

##Develop and maintain visual design for digital Allianz solutions (e.g. components of the Allianz design system)~crlf~##Translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging~crlf~##Stay aware and engaged with the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field~crlf~##Collaborate with the various disciplines within the GDF core team (UX designers, UX researchers, developers, business analysts, etc.)~crlf~##Create original and creative solutions to challenge the state-of-art and create the most compelling and successful product possible~crlf~##Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking~crlf~##Work in an international environment and engage with teams spread across the globe~crlf~

##Strong expertise in visual and interction design. Knowledge of user-centered design processes is a plus~crlf~##An outstanding competency in storytelling. Comfortable with explaining ideas to project team members~crlf~##Familiarity with design systems is a plus. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision~crlf~##Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Experience in working within an agile environment~crlf~##Business-level English a must, additional languages a plus~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~##Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information~crlf~
