Senior Support/DevOps Engineer

The Support Team is located in India, Germany and Spain and supports a project, which is key to the digital transformation of Allianz. As a Support/DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for three main areas:~crlf~• Operations: regular support, monitoring, data fixes, project administrative tasks (like raising change requests), incident Management.~crlf~• Problem Management / Bug fixing: locating problem source in .NET code, preparing hotfixes, supporting deployment.~crlf~• DevOps: implementing CI/CD.~crlf~~crlf~
5+ years of experience in executing IT operations processes in order to detect, escalate and resolve incidents or potential incidents.~crlf~2+ years of experience with .NET (Angular is a plus) to be able to locate problems and prepare hotfixes.~crlf~Good understanding of NoSQL databases (Big query, MongoDB)~crlf~Expertise in DevOps (good understanding of Jenkins CI/CD architecture and Azure Clouds).~crlf~Expertise with Docker/ Kubernetes/ OpenShift.~crlf~Good time management skills.~crlf~Strong customer focus.~crlf~Proficiency in English.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
