##Responsible for coordination of the Protection & Resilience team and all related activities~crlf~##Support to service owners in development of their BCM activities within the BCM lifecycle~crlf~##Coordination of response plan prioritization and initiation of the BCM life-cycle ~crlf~##Integration of BCM activities into central tools to fulfill our clients´ assurance demands ~crlf~##Assessment of the operational effectiveness of BCM and IT-Disaster Recovery Solutions~crlf~##Perform and coordinate the design, testing and reporting of response plans and controls~crlf~##Contribute to the update and alignment of the Resilience Strategy of AZ Technology and guidelines~crlf~##Preparation of reports to the Risk Committee, Board and Supervisory Board~crlf~##Full application of Allianz Group IT-tools to administrate the BCM processes ~crlf~

##(Functional) leadership experience~crlf~##Practical experience with BCM, Crisis Management or IT-DR/SCM~crlf~##> 5 years of professional experience in practical project and organizational change management~crlf~##Very good analytical and conceptual skills ~crlf~##Relevant University degree or equivalent qualification through work experience~crlf~##Basic leadership skills in complex enterprise environments~crlf~##Reliable, highly committed, visionary and precise working combined with analytical and solution-oriented intellectual power ~crlf~##Ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressure~crlf~##Excellent influencing, written and verbal communication skills~crlf~##Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual, international and complex team environments~crlf~##Basic knowledge of internationals standards (i.e. ISO 22301, 27031, BSI) ~crlf~##Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory and German skills are welcome~crlf~
