As Regional PeopleOps Manager – CTO 3 you will contribute to the development of one of the most exciting places at Allianz Group.

##Acting as strategic Business Partner and advisor for the Regional CTO3 in all relevant People processes, -tasks and -tools~crlf~##Regional lead of all people transfer projects (e.g. in Australia, Singapore, North America) ensuring a smooth integration and onboarding of new employees in close collaboration with local and central business divisions (e.g. in Australia, Singapore, North America)~crlf~##Defining People Operations operating model for newly integrated branches/legal entities~crlf~##Managing local Business Partners in the region consulting them in terms of daily People operations handling & complex individual cases~crlf~##Consultation and guidance on People topics on international level, steering of all People topics for the region and interface to the global People Function~crlf~##Steering and coordinating of People Function core processes at regional level~crlf~

##Higher education degree in business administration, economics, law, psychology, sociology, etc. or equivalent work experience~crlf~##Experience in People Function/HR (integration/transfer projects experience is a plus)~crlf~##Business acumen and ability to manage customer relationships with assertiveness and proactive consulting also at C level~crlf~##Knowledge of the People value chain and how a People Function works ~crlf~##Experience in organizational transformation and change management~crlf~##Proven process and project management experience~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information~crlf~##Capability to take up responsibility and be accountable for a project or team~crlf~##Strong team and collaborative spirit~crlf~
