##Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the Allianz Technology UK and Ireland branch, financial reporting and regulatory compliance~crlf~ ~crlf~##Record transactions into accounting system, produce monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements in a multi GAAP environment (UK and Ireland) in line with Allianz Technology and Allianz Group guidelines, maintain and reconcile the general ledger, implement Allianz Group and/or Allianz Technology financial policies and procedures~crlf~ ~crlf~##Reconcile balances, regularly control and test outsourced activities that have been outsourced within Allianz Group and externally, monitor cash reserves and investments, maintain cash controls and accruals, ensure liquidity~crlf~ ~crlf~##Play a supporting role in the review and analysis of financial performance, plan and forecast of financials in close collaboration with Allianz Technology Controlling and Business Controlling, produce monthly deviation analysis to plan/forecast ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Provide meaningful insights into financial results to the Allianz Technology Country Leader, Regional financial Officer, Local Pillar Heads and Allianz Technology headquarter finance functions, e.g. Allianz Technology Accounting or Controlling~crlf~ ~crlf~##Administrative tasks, e.g. manage the filing, storage and security of documents, respond to inquiries, administer government services including e.g. statistics; perform other related duties as required

##Prepare, record, analyze and report accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles and with the accounting framework defined by the Finance & Tax Experts~crlf~##Perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements and capital expenditure schedules~crlf~##Create preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual account closures according to relevant laws, e.g. HBG/IFRS for Allianz Technology, IFRS/Local GAAP and HGB for international branches~crlf~##Test and provide functional support for relevant SAP modules (FI)~crlf~##Feed and administer relevant data, accounts, types of costs etc.~crlf~

##Higher education degree in finance, tax, business administration or economics~crlf~##Chartered/Management Accountant qualification~crlf~##Relevant work experience in finance desirable~crlf~##Experienced in the application of SAP~crlf~##Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, UK and Ireland GAAPs, tax regulations and treasury basic knowledge~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~##Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information~crlf~##Fluent in English, written and spoken~crlf~##Skills to coordinate teams in different locations~crlf~##Minimum 3 years experience~crlf~
