Program Manager Service Management ABS Germany and ITMP Life (m/f/d)
As a Program Manager Service Management ABS Germany and ITMP (IT Master Platform) Life you are responsible for the complete Service Lifecycle of the services “ABS Germany Linux Infrastructure” and “ID Life SaaS Service” following the principles and guidelines of service management within Allianz Technology. Supporting the strategy of Allianz Group to implement BMP (Business Master Platform) and in strong alignment with the Allianz Customer Model (ACM) and applying the Allianz Technology Global Delivery Model you are adopting the existing and further evolving services to the specific needs of the Allianz organizational entities (e.g. extend the ID Life SaaS service in case of integration of further group standards or rollout to an additional OE). ~crlf~The Program Manager Service Management will work in very close collaboration with the delivery units of CP05ABBS as well, as in a multi-international environment with highly engaged teams. Strong technical expertise to deal with the existing group standards, understanding the market trends and interacting with different IT stakeholders are key success factors.
##Functional leading of the Service Management for the services “ABS Germany Linux Infrastructure” and “ID Life SaaS Service” following the principles and guidelines of service management within Allianz Technology in close collaboration (matrix organization) with the respective line organization~crlf~##Managing the services according to defined KPIs, based on entrepreneurship, strong customer- , goal- and result-orientation~crlf~##Development of sustainable solutions in case of evolving and enhancing the existing services to the needs of the respective Allianz entities, according to the service management principles of Allianz Technology~crlf~##Program and multi project management – manages large scale service management with respect to the client program structures (Allianz entities) and Customer Solution Groups (CSG) structures of Allianz Technology~crlf~##Active multi-level stakeholder management on C-, L1-,L2-,L3- level. Consults clients and creates sustainable, efficient and economic solutions~crlf~##Definition of the strategy for evolving the respective services and embedding this strategy innovatively into the overall strategic context~crlf~##Lead employees within a matrix organization through the change process towards a service oriented delivery~crlf~
##Allianz Executive leadership or expert (level 2, manager of managers), university degree (information systems, mathematics, business information systems) or comparable~crlf~##Fluent German and English~crlf~##More than 5 years hands-on experience in service management within an IT context (software development, delivery and infrastructure) as well as strong capabilities in in large-scale program management (PMI / PMP desirable)~crlf~##Previous experience in disciplinary leadership would be an advantage~crlf~##Proven experience in change management of larger scale change processes~crlf~##Self-starting entrepreneur with strong goal- and results orientation, as well as agile mindset, customer and service orientation~crlf~##Capable of driving technical, organizational and functional innovation, taking controlled risks~crlf~
