The Service Performance Management department is part of Service Portfolio Management and located within the COO function. The goal of the department is to actively manage the central processes for the Global Service Catalog Management, including Service documentation and the functional Service Hierarchy, the Service Level Management with SLA definitions, KPI Reporting in the GLOREA corporate Datawarehouse and the Service Availability Management Process.

##Define and regularly monitor (IT) performance indicators that help monitor efficiency and effectiveness of organizational processes~crlf~##Ensure compliance and alignment of (IT) processes within Allianz Technology process landscape and external standards~crlf~##The Availability Management Process Owner/Manager is responsible to the management for the proper design, execution, and continuous improvement of the global availability management process~crlf~##The Availability Management Process Owner is setting up controls and KPIs and measures them by regular updates concerning the performance and reliability of the process~crlf~##In this role, the Availability Management Process Owner ensures that the process is being carried out~crlf~##Define Process Policies, Standards, and Conceptual Models~crlf~##Communicate and Deploy Framework ~crlf~##Define Measurements, Controls and KPI’s to ensure proper availability management~crlf~##Determine Process Data Requirements~crlf~##Identify and implement changes to the process ~crlf~##Ensure that standards and procedures are being followed by Technology Availability Managers~crlf~##Further develop Availability KPI reporting and produce Allianz Technology Availability Dashboard~crlf~##Assess Process Execution and Framework~crlf~

##University Degree in Business and/or IT realted studies or comparable education~crlf~##Several years of proven experience in process management within IT Service Operations~crlf~##Experiences in IT operations on enterprise level, especially IT Service KPI Measurement, Event-, Incident-, Change- and Configuration Management~crlf~##English fluent, very good German language skills~crlf~##High degree of creativity and assertiveness in a changing environment~crlf~##Analytic and structured work method~crlf~##High sense of responsibility, working very independent and proactive~crlf~##Communication and escalation capability towards key stakeholders and senior management~crlf~##Experience in international collaboration ~crlf~##ITIL Foundation or higher~crlf~##Visualization of processes (ADONIS)~crlf~##Experience in Service Management ~crlf~##Familiarized with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Adonis~crlf~##Familiarized with Data Warehouse usage~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information ~crlf~##Capability to take up responsibility and be accountable for a project or a team ~crlf~
