##You drive the end-to-end recruiting process of our future Working Students and Interns~crlf~##You support our hiring managers up to the CEO office to select the most promising candidates~crlf~##You conduct interviews together with our departments from all over Allianz Technology and get a holistic picture of all our practice areas ~crlf~##You are the touchpoint for our prospective future Working Students and Interns and guide them through our recruitment process~crlf~##You find new ways to optimize candidate communication and the hiring process~crlf~##You shape and execute People Function Marketing Activities~crlf~##You engage actively in various Human Resources projects~crlf~

##You are an enrolled student at the advanced stages in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any other studies with emphasis on HR or related fields OR in a gap year between studies~crlf~##You are passionate about finding the best talents for our teams~crlf~##You have acquired first working experiences in HR and talent acquisition through previous internships or working student positions~crlf~##You are fluent in German & English~crlf~##You are a quick learner and you are open to feedback and self-reflection~crlf~##You have a talent for intercultural communication~crlf~##You excel in teamwork and are passionate about taking responsibility~crlf~##You have very good knowledge of the MS Office programs~crlf~##Reliability, conscientiousness , commitment and initiative are among your core skills~crlf~##You have an open personality and like to work in a team~crlf~##You can start from December 2021/January 2022 onwards and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)~crlf~
