In this role you will drive leadership and talent development across Allianz Technology. By setting up and executing various development initiatives and intervention you will drive further progress of an effective and positive leadership culture based on our core people and leadership values as well as to enabling talents to unleash their full potential. In your role you interact with a variety of stakeholders and win them with your pro-active and personal drive for positive change. With your creativity, flexibility and conceptual drive you design and implement interventions and formats for teams and individuals to support them on their leadership and individual development journey. Your activities further contribute to making sure Allianz Technology fully leverages the positive impact of the group leadership program #lead by setting-up and communicating sustainable global formats and standards across Allianz Technology to enable of local execution in countries.

##Responsible for talent and leadership development in order to build skills and to support a great leadership culture~crlf~##Create formats for talent development – in particular also to support the development of experts – and provide talents with exposure and connect talents and managers across the globe~crlf~##Embed group leadership program #lead in leadership development initiatives and interventions, e.g. create leadership corner, leadership enablement formats, connect leaders globally, including individual coaching/support~crlf~##Design and run development program for Senior Associates population~crlf~##Create development frameworks and interventions for talents and potentials especially to foster career development in an agile environment~crlf~

##7-10 years of professional experience in related fields of work ~crlf~##Master Degree in Business, HR or Psychology~crlf~##Hands on experience in designing and executing development interventions~crlf~##Personal drive and creativity to come up with and execute new ideas themselves~crlf~##Ability to communicate and interact with a broad variety of stakeholders across various seniority levels~crlf~##Ability to and experience in setting up a consistent "look and feel" in various frameworks and guidelines~crlf~##High-level Coaching skills are an advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~Skills and Mindset~crlf~## Driven to constantly improve, learn and explore new territories and trends~crlf~## Creative mindset with a solid feeling of what will work in the IT industry~crlf~## Ability to work hands on as well as strategically & conceptually and independent~crlf~## Excellent collaboration and communication skills ~crlf~## Effective in working in a matrix organization and to handle ambiguity~crlf~## - "Think global, act local" mindset~crlf~
