The A-IT04PAC (Policies and Claims) department is responsible for the development of business logic (contract and claims) and business process engines in the core insurance system for the property, life and health lines of Allianz Germany. ~crlf~In this context, a new focus is being established in the area of web service development for claims and benefits processing as well as for the integration of external applications.~crlf~ ~crlf~As an experienced Frontend Developer, you will design and program the web user interface and the associated business logic for a wide range of processes in the core insurance areas of contracts, claims and coverage. For deployment and operations, you will also use the latest technologies such as Docker/OpenShift, Jenkins and GitHub. ~crlf~At the same time, you will also build up the new area of responsibility "Development and integration of web services including the corresponding business logic" in the team. ~crlf~You will also be responsible for the analysis and implementation of strategic applications, advise our internal customers and ensure quality assurance measures. In this role, you will help to drive the end-to-end digitization of business processes and ensure that Allianz Germany's core insurance system is optimally connected to a wide range of consumers.

##Develop software in agile teams and support the implementation of software engineering techniques and methods~crlf~##Collect, analyze and check functional and technical requirements regarding technical implementation and feasibility and translate them into the technical software design~crlf~##Frontend development with web technologies, web service development and implementation of the related backend services with Java technologies.~crlf~##Co-design of web service architectures, feasibility analysis, technical analyses and IT concepts. This is done in cooperation with the IT architects, taking into account the company architecture and IT security requirements within agile teams.~crlf~##Implementation of SOAP and RESTful web services based on Java Frameworks, as well as implementation of the required functional and business logic.~crlf~##Building of various automated test scenarios, implementation and further development of CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, quality assurance measures and ensuring operations as well as performance optimization of implemented services~crlf~##Provision of applications within an OpenShift container environment~crlf~

##Degree in (business) informatics / computer science, mathematics (FH, BA) or comparable qualification through studies or several years of work experience as well as a high willingness to familiarize oneself with new techniques and topics at short notice.~crlf~##Broad knowledge of modern software architectural concepts, design patterns and technologies like XML, WSDL, XML Schema, JSON, microservices, SOA, REST, SOAP web services and cloud provisioning~crlf~##Experience with actual frontend web technologies like Java Script, CSS and Java Script Frameworks, especially Angular and experience implementing the backend part with Java (especially Java EE) and the Spring Boot framework~crlf~##Experience the administration and configuration of Java / Java EE application servers (JBoss or Tomcat) as well as strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, IBM DB2 or Amazon Aurora) and JPA Frameworks like Hibernate~crlf~##Knowledge in container technologies, especially Docker and Openshift/Kubernetes, as well as setting up a CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory and Git~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~##Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience~crlf~
