    The team „Middleware and DB Services“ within „IT Infrastructure Shared Services“ unit is responsible for overall service management, architecture, projects and products around services for WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Apache, DB2 auf Linux, Oracle, MS SQL und MQ. ~crlf~We work closely together with international Allianz organizations, in order to consult and take care of the services we are responsible for . To be a part of the team means taking important decisions to support the digitalization of the Allianz group with top services. We hope you will enrich the team with an agile approach in developing sustainable, innovative IT solutions with distinctive customer focus and that you will be open for new ideas. ~crlf~Main tasks of the team include the definition and ongoing optimization of the service portfolio in close cooperation with our customers and various organizational interfaces. These are in particular the OPS units of the external service provider, commercial partner management for the coordination of legal and commercial dependencies, security, architecture and internal financial controlling.~crlf~Diversity instead of routine, exciting challenges, dynamic teamwork, creative freedom and cultural diversity shape the everyday life of the team.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Develop cost-effective IT services that contribute to the overall Allianz Technology service portfolio~crlf~##Ensure stable and efficient operation of services including availability, capacity, service utilization and provisioning responsibilities~crlf~##Steer service providers on a regular basis for service operation and continuously improve service operations in close cooperation with contract management~crlf~##Ensure the coordination, tracking and handover of individual to standardized services and contribute to the portfolio management for new, existing and decommissioning services ~crlf~##Participate in the definition of key indicators and relevant parameters, e.g. cost per service, quality, capacity, business continuity and IT security, their monitoring and also ensure the overall alignment and compliance with IT standards and processes

    ##Relevant work experience in IT~crlf~##Applying analytical thinking, moderation and presentation skills~crlf~##Knowledge of relevant products, services, platforms and components~crlf~##Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions~crlf~##Capability to take up responsibility and be accountable for a project or a team
