    The team „Middleware and Database Services“ within „IT Infrastructure Shared Services“ unit is responsible for overall service management, architecture, projects and products around services for WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Apache, DB2 auf Linux, Oracle, MS SQL und MQ. ~crlf~We work closely together with international Allianz organizations, in order to consult and take care of the services we are responsible for . To be a part of the team means taking important decisions to support the digitalization of the Allianz group with top services. We hope you will enrich the team with an agile approach in developing sustainable, innovative IT solutions with distinctive customer focus and that you will be open for new ideas. ~crlf~Main tasks of the team include the definition and ongoing optimization of the service portfolio in close cooperation with our customers and various organizational interfaces.     Our mission is to be the IT provider of the Allianz Group to run, optimize, transform and innovate infrastructure, applications and services together with OEs to co-create the best customer experience.~crlf~We are looking for a service manager (m/f/d) for DB2 / PostgreSQL.~crlf~The service manager is technically and financially responsible for his service within Allianz. Both the maintenance, development and integration into existing infrastructure, as well as improvements and implementations using new technologies is one of the requirements of the service manager.~crlf~Main tasks are:~crlf~##overall responsibility of service~crlf~##Maintenance of existing DB2 services~crlf~##PostgreSQL service development towards private, public cloud offering and containerization~crlf~##Service level management, service requests, reporting, availability (incl. disaster recovery)~crlf~##Identity & access management, security~crlf~##Release & lifecycle management (Design, Build, Run)~crlf~##License management~crlf~##Capacity management, inventory~crlf~##Cost responsibility incl. budgeting~crlf~##Ordering, accounting~crlf~##Documentation (internal, provider, customer)~crlf~##Interdepartmental cooperation with other service managers ~crlf~##Consulting and support of architects, project managers, IT consultants and customers ~crlf~##Market and technology analyzes~crlf~##Management and cooperation in projects~crlf~##Control of providers, manufacturers on operational topics

    ##Experience in IT service management~crlf~##Technical knowledge in the enterprise IT environment with focus on DB2 10.5 / 11.1~crlf~##Technical knowledge and experience with PostgreSQL~crlf~##Experience in cloud environments (private / public)~crlf~##Automation experience (Git, Jenkins, Ansible)~crlf~##Experience in the field of container-based applications (Docker)~crlf~##Good understanding of the commercial aspects of service management~crlf~##Financial understanding of cost planning and budgeting~crlf~##Flexibility and willingness in international project teams to develop complex topics~crlf~##German and English business fluent~crlf~##High sense of responsibility, very independent and proactive way of working~crlf~##Good communication skills with internal customers and providers~crlf~##High level of self-motivation and customer orientation~crlf~##Willingness to travel
