This includes hardware, software, and services that are necessary for Allianz OEs. Allianz Connect is the global social intranet and digital workplace of the Allianz Group. It enables employee collaboration and engagement without boundaries. ##Coordinate, monitor, steer and continuously improve the services / service delivery according to service lifecycle management~crlf~##Liaise with technical and / or delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the services are balanced between both standard solutions and customer needs~crlf~Service Managment for AZ Connect:~crlf~##Service coordination, control and monitoring according to the service lifecycle management~crlf~##Guiding through the entire matrix organization and definition of new service components~crlf~##Continuous improvement in line with ITIL framework considering cost optimization~crlf~##Participation in the definition of important key figures and relevant parameters (e.g. quality, performance, business continuity, IT security) ~crlf~##assurance of the overall orientation and of IT standards and processes ~crlf~##Support internal audits and follow up on findings~crlf~##Being part of an agile team with agile methods such as Scrum and DevOps, with end-to-end responsibility for the service~crlf~##Being Escalation instance, complaint manager and consultant for leading projects~crlf~##Cooperation with and control of third-party providers as well as control of operating providers. ~crlf~##Manage software licenses and contracts, run budget~crlf~##act as application owner for Jive Daily and Jive4Office~crlf~

Service Managment:~crlf~##At least 3 years of experience as Service Manager (preferred ITIL certified) or comparable qualification ~crlf~##Experience with working in an agile environment~crlf~##strong organizational skills and the ability to carry out tasks independently~crlf~##High flexibility, teamwork, commitment, and resilience, as well as the ability to work under pressure while delivering high quality results~crlf~##Fluent in English, including the ability to handle complex subjects and issues~crlf~ ~crlf~Technical knowledge:~crlf~##overview knowledge of infrastructures~crlf~##fundamental knowledge of SaaS solutions , preferable of the Jive platform~crlf~##IT affinity and fun with technology~crlf~##Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience~crlf~##Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information~crlf~
