In this position you will support our new work model and the ways we bring our WOW to life across all Allianz companies. ~crlf~This role forms part of the HR Strategy & Transformation function and focuses on partner/stakeholder communications, internal engagement/activation initiatives and external efforts to further promote this topic. ~crlf~The person who will succeed in this position will have strengths in the following 4 areas: writing (English), designing, project management, and relationship building.

##Support our Communications strategy for our Ways of Working (WOW) ~crlf~##Take ownership of an employee engagement and activation campaign~crlf~##Create communications material including webinars, video series, infographics and articles~crlf~##Ensure appropriate platforms, channels and messaging for multiple stakeholder groups~crlf~##Work with a network of cross-functional / cross-country colleagues to define tailored messaging ~crlf~##Ensure active positioning of WOW topics in existing Allianz communications channels~crlf~##Use digital channels and tools to optimize communications~crlf~##Ad hoc proofreading~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Currently enrolled in masters degree program in communications, PR, journalism or any other related field.~crlf~## Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.~crlf~## Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ~crlf~## Ability to quickly understand company standards, policies, and guidelines. ~crlf~## Eagerness to speak up and bring your own ideas, own projects, and work in an agile and collaborative team.~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skill~crlf~##Professional communications qualification highly desirable~crlf~##1 to 3 years of corporate communications track record with experience in internal communications, ideally in a global organization~crlf~##Experience in the area of HR or project management would be highly desirable~crlf~##Journalistic skills to include copywriting, research and analysis, digital content creation ~crlf~##Competence with MS Word and PowerPoint and MS Excel, and handling of online Content Management tools (intranet/website). Experience in design, and using Canva is advantageous.~crlf~##High self-motivation and willingness to take on new challenges ~crlf~##Ability to lead work independently, own projects and foresee potential gaps and improvement areas, and navigate multiple deadlines skillfully~crlf~
