Within the Group Organizations and Holding Operations department, the Holding Operations team is in charge of the process optimization and digitalization of the headquarters operations to offer a customer centric service and state of the art working environment to Allianz SE employees.~crlf~ ~crlf~As Smart Building technology expert you will be part of the retained organization in Allianz SE that steers the shared service organization for facility management. You will be responsible for driving the digitalization of our building operations and lead the implementation of innovative solutions to optimize our corporate real estate operations. This role is responsible for driving and delivering an integrated strategy that incorporates technologies to increase client centricity, enable the new working model and improve our environmental footprint.

##Steering of the services offered by the facility management-service organization. ~crlf~##Responsible for the development and implementation of digital transformation strategy of the building operations by reengineering existing business processes.~crlf~##Analyze status quo and proactively come up with suggestions for process improvements towards customer centricity, digitalization, simplification and innovation that would leverage new technological solutions~crlf~##Prepare comprehensible business case reviews and project calculations, including benchmarking of current services and operations.~crlf~##Define project goals considering the customers and real estate requirements from the planning phase to completion, ensuring compliance with project quality, timing and budget within the respective guidelines and regulations.~crlf~##Manage and lead projects successfully by ensuring project-relevant decisions are structured and compliant.~crlf~##Work closely with management team and stakeholders on key initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and change lead.~crlf~

Qualification:~crlf~##Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or other related subjects.~crlf~##IT and facility background is a plus. ~crlf~##Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure.~crlf~##Strategical, analytical and problem solving skills.~crlf~##Conceptual and implementation experience.~crlf~##Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive.~crlf~##Strong planning and organizational skills.~crlf~##Customer service mindset and focus.~crlf~##Fluent in English and German.~crlf~~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##Minimum 8 years of professional experience including minimum 4 years of experience as Project Management~crlf~##2+ years demonstrated ability implementing or running smart building, workplace, or building automation technologies.~crlf~##Experience in FM outsourced operations and improvement works enhancing the existing system offering, performance, efficiency and sustainability.~crlf~##Proven track of process digitalization in a multinational company.~crlf~##Proven vendor manager with experience in developing and implementing effective KPIs/ SLAs.~crlf~##A strong ability to manage and influence business stakeholders.~crlf~##Capable of effective resource management (incl. prioritizing, delegating, & mentoring).~crlf~##Extensive project experience. Entrepreneurial spirit. ~crlf~##Experience in top consulting firm will be a definite asset.~crlf~
