(Senior) Operational Risk Manager (m/f/d) in Group Risk

The team manages the operational risk internal model under Solvency II and provides support to have best practice operational and reputational risk management in place for the Allianz Group.
Business system owner of the group-wide GRC platform (ORGS) to manage service and change requests across entities and across group centers~crlf~##Managing the IT budget~crlf~##Support further development of ORGS and support OEs in data capture, analysis and reporting group-wide~crlf~ ~crlf~Support the maintenance and simplification of Allianz Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework, with particular focus on: ~crlf~##Group loss data collection process~crlf~##Monitor loss data completeness and quality of OEs, tracking local action plans to improve controls and processes~crlf~##Perform trainings and awareness campaigns for operational risk management across the Group~crlf~##Perform data analytics of systemic or material issues and elaborate lessons learned sessions with our entities~crlf~##Owner of the Allianz Guideline for Operational Risk Event Capture~crlf~##Roll-out and support OEs in maintaining the Integrated Risk and Control System by being a coverage officer for some OEs and consult the OEs also in other operational risk topics~crlf~##Perform group reporting to risk committee and supervisory board committees on a regular basis ~crlf~##Monitor the internal control system effectiveness, quality assure control deficiencies and track local action plans~crlf~##Exchange with our external auditors on internal control system topics~crlf~##Be the interface to our Operational Risk Exchange consortium (ORX) for the insurance sounding board and other initiatives~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##Master in Economics, Business administration or similar~crlf~##Working experience of 6-10 years as process manager, process owner, quality manager or other responsibilities in insurance core value chain processes (e.g. underwriting, claims, policy management, sales or distribution) or in a Operational Risk function, within a multinational insurance/reinsurance company~crlf~##Profound knowledge of ORGS or similar GRC system~crlf~##Experience in quality management/risk management and KPI tracking/reporting as a process owner~crlf~##Experience in senior management reporting~crlf~##Experience in international project management is a plus~crlf~##Fluent in English. German is a plus ~crlf~##Profound knowledge of MS Office, Cognos is a plus~crlf~##Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance core value chain processes and business model of Allianz entities~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##High level of commitment and interest to work in a dynamic and demanding international environment~crlf~##Deep knowledge of Solvency II framework, particular focus on Pillar II~crlf~##Ability to develop and implement processes, standards and system functionalities for risk management, Opex Black Belt, Six Sigma, Agile is a plus~crlf~##Self-motivation, excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, open for change plus the ability to work independently but be a great team player ~crlf~##International working experience and enjoy working in an international department~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
