Senior (m/f/d) Digital Manager (Olympic & Paralympic Program) in Group Strategy, Marketing and Distribution Team (limited to 36 months)
The responsibility of the newly signed partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) lies within the Group Strategy, Marketing and Distribution Team. ~crlf~ ~crlf~The partnership has the three objectives to ~crlf~a) drive employee engagement~crlf~b) build the brand~crlf~c) drive business. ~crlf~ ~crlf~While the full contractual rights commence in 2021, four pilot markets started from January 2019 onwards.~crlf~ ~crlf~The key focus areas of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for the Olympic & Paralympic Partnership will be to a) develop and drive the overall digital and social strategy, b) lead and manage all digital, data driven marketing initiatives, c) come up with innovative digital solutions, catering the needs of the Olympic and Paralympic Program , e.g. Athletes app for products & services.
##Lead and drive the digital work stream of the Olympic and Paralympic Partnership within the Group Strategy Marketing and Distribution Team.~crlf~##Manage and deliver the Olympic and Paralympic digital strategy. ~crlf~##Deliver tactical digital marketing insights as part of the broader digital and data project team, cross department, country and lines of business. ~crlf~##Closely collaborate with the digital distribution team and take over project responsibility for the dedicated tasks for Olympic and Paralympic Program such as lead management and performance management. ~crlf~##Lead Requirements engineering for innovative digital applications/ solutions with potential to be scaled globally, and manage and oversee design, build, and test activities.~crlf~##Manage and drive internal and external interface- and stakeholder management (e.g. Lines of Business such as Allianz Partners, International Olympic and Paralympic Committee) to foster the digital work stream within the organisation.~crlf~##Set-up and manage a network of project relevant and innovative partners and suppliers. ~crlf~##Manage project budget. ~crlf~##Analyse and report on business performance metrics against business goals. Keep up to date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new ideas.~crlf~##Support and leverage as role model a data-driven culture where decisions are supported by data, market trends, research, testing and analysis.~crlf~##Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement across work streams.~crlf~##Compile learnings and share best practises and trends to help to achieve the most effectiveness.~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##University degree in business administration, management, marketing/digital marketing, information technology or related disciplines ~crlf~##At least 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or marketing technology~crlf~##Proven experience in managing digital projects within a global consumer-focussed corporation ~crlf~##Experience in requirements engineering~crlf~##Proven skills in development of digital programs (e.g. app) / solutions to drive new marketing channels in alignment with the overall business / marketing / IOC strategy ~crlf~##Proven skills in stakeholder management to drive the digital direction ~crlf~##Data-driven, technology- & performance oriented management capabilities~crlf~##Strategic thinker, paired with strong executional delivery ("doing-mentality")~crlf~##Ability to manage while being under pressure, as well as being highly responsive to business needs~crlf~##Convincing organisational talent with quick perception and excellent communication skills~crlf~##Excellent English skills~crlf~~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##At least 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or marketing technology~crlf~##Proven experience in managing digital projects within a global consumer-focussed corporation ~crlf~##Experience in requirements engineering ~crlf~##Experience in setting up big projects from scratch while manage organizational challenges, ideally cross lines of business ~crlf~##Project management, well organized, ability of multitasking, drive for results~crlf~##Team player ~crlf~ ~crlf~Of use but not mandatory: ~crlf~##Experience with local and global Allianz set up~crlf~##Expertise in the area of sport and sponsoring~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
