Product Owner (m/f/d) Claims Process in Allianz Direct
As member of Allianz Direct's product team, focusing on the claims processes, you are responsible to specify, deliver, run and further optimize all aspects of your product.~crlf~You shape the vision for our approach to notify and handle claims, set priorities and define new requirements in joint collaboration with the related product teams and the local business areas.~crlf~As Product Owner, you define new features and constantly enhance the central platform always considering our joint business goals with a strong focus on business performance.~crlf~Whenever a decision is needed, you first look at data and consider an MVP approach to validate any assumptions.~crlf~We develop a central platform for all markets and products at Allianz Direct, hence you are constantly aiming to harmonize requirements and deliver common processes.~crlf~You follow a configuration approach, rather than implementing custom local solutions.~crlf~Or Product Owners play the key role in connecting business, IT and customer needs to form one common insurance platform across markets and products.~crlf~You are an expert in business process optimization or the claims domain and you constantly thrive to develop yourself and others.
##Understand business goals, and KPIs to create a high performing business process in line with your strategy~crlf~##Define common features, sub-processes and milestones, which aim for high automation and lean operational activities~crlf~##Analyse requirements and integrations to local systems or services from other product teams~crlf~##Create and constantly update your product backlog in alignment with our ambitious milestones~crlf~##Facilitate agile ceremonies and help your development team to deliver outstanding software products as one joint team~crlf~##Identify dependencies to other product teams and push for fast resolution and delivery especially in cross-team setups~crlf~##Manage continuous delivery in line with your communicated timelines and ensure full transparency across the organization~crlf~##You fully understand every detail of your business process and constantly challenge the previous performance~crlf~##Discuss data, assumptions and ideas with your local business peers to further enhance and optimize our joint platform following a build - measure - learn - approach~crlf~##Maintain the common exchange across our international communities in the claims and operations area~crlf~##Understanding the needs of a high performing product development team and supporting each other to keep motivation and delivery at highest level especially during major release periods~crlf~
Qualification~crlf~##Professional working experience in digital product management and agile development processes~crlf~##Fundamental understanding of continuous business process optimization and related methodologies and tools (e.g. Six Sigma)~crlf~##Ideally experience in the insurance industry and claims area~crlf~##Track record of managing and improving high quality, scalable software products~crlf~##Basic understanding of possibilities and limitations of IT platforms, which follow a microservice approach~crlf~##Bachelor`s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, (or similar) or equivalent working experience~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude~crlf~##Curiosity to constantly learn, highly self-motivated and a mindset of continuous improvement~crlf~##End-to-end ownership, also looking beyond the own area of responsibility to get things done~crlf~##Teamwork, collaboration skills and interested to work in cross-functional and international teams ~crlf~##Written and verbal communication skills in English are required ~crlf~##Working experience in agile teams or organizations~crlf~##Ideally experience in insurance or Insurtech~crlf~##More than 3 years related professional experience~crlf~
