The newly signed partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) lies within the Allianz Group Strategy, Marketing and Distribution (GSMD). The Olympic and Paralympic Partnership has three objectives:~crlf~1) Drive employee engagement, 2) Strengthen global Allianz Brand, 3) Generate business.~crlf~~crlf~To achieve these objectives, the Global Enablement and Training workstream plays a central role. It focuses on:~crlf~a) enabling the groupwide insurance Distribution-, Branding- and HR-communities to effectively embed the Olympic and Paralympic Partnership in their core strategic plans and actions ~crlf~b) making the value-added of the partnership understandable, fostering identification, inspiration, and pride within the Allianz Group and for future talents~crlf~c) creating and providing state of the art educational products and services that are scalable and adaptable for the duration of the partnership~crlf~d) ensuring consistency in the education eco-system including digital and face-to-face components and manage internal / external providers~crlf~e) ensuring compliance of learning with regulations and stakeholders.

The Allianz Olympic and Paralympics Partnership Program intern's role is to be part of the Global Enablement and Training workstream. ~crlf~a) You will support designing, producing, and implementing (mainly virtual) training concepts and learning products (e.g., learning videos, expert interviews, learning nuggets, chatbots).~crlf~b) You create reports and PowerPoint presentations. You conduct and present market research, and work on new (learning) concepts.~crlf~c) You update content and maintain or enhance our existing IT learning platform. ~crlf~d) Furthermore, you engage and work with our local entities, athletes, and service providers.~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Student (Master’s degree) in Education, Psychology, Informatics, Digital Technologies, (Digital) Learning, HR Management, Media Design, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, and any other related fields~crlf~##Excellent working proficiency with MS PowerPoint ~crlf~##Experienced with other MS Office, e.g., Excel, Outlook, MS Teams~crlf~##Excellent proficiency in English (German a plus)~crlf~##Experience in one or more of the following tools is a plus: Jira/ Confluence, Salesforce, LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, SuccessFactors ~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~Required:~crlf~##At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communication, HR, learning)~crlf~##Experience in Marketing, Communications, HR / People Development, Learning a big plus~crlf~##Strong ability to work independently~crlf~##Motivated and pro-active attitude with self-initiative~crlf~##Ability in working in a fast-changing environment with a self-starter and hands-on mentality~crlf~##Ability to set priorities and take over end-to-end responsibility in an international, diverse, and virtual environment~crlf~##Strong organizational and communication skills~crlf~##Ability to work in a fully virtual environment~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired:~crlf~##Project management experience is a big plus~crlf~##Interest and experience in media production, e.g., video production~crlf~##Digital native a big plus~crlf~##Affinity to digital technologies / digital learning concepts~crlf~##Experience working with digital learning platforms a plus ~crlf~
