Industrial Operations (IO) Capability Expert (m/f/d) in Group Operations and Performance
Industrial Operations (IO) is a capability in the Group Operations and Performance (GOP) department of H4. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Industrial operations is the overarching priority of our operations strategy and aims to connects Business with IT in a more efficient and scalable way. It enables an industrialized transformation towards the ACM, advanced standardization & harmonization of our business model & the underlying platform. ~crlf~ ~crlf~The IO platform includes capabilities around design, modelling and optimization of our products, processes, user experience and organization. The work is organized in close collaboration with Group Organizational Management and other entities in H4, leveraging the capabilities of AZ Services and AZ Technology and in alignment with Group Business Transformation and with respective OEs.~crlf~ ~crlf~The role of the IO Capability Expert is the evolution of the classical Operation Management (OM) role in Operations. IO/OM Experts can be involved in a wide variety of projects and initiatives to conceptualize and design components of the IO platform within AZ Group. With the specific focus on insurance processes, incl. related KPIs and data, she or he will work on the different aspects of the analysis, design, modeling, simulation & configuration of the processes and the related tool landscape.
We are looking for a IO Capability Expert to join our team within Group Operations & Performance in Munich.~crlf~ ~crlf~In this role, you will be a major contributor to or take leadership of the work on creation & further development of the components of IO Platform, with the specific focus on processes in Operations incl. Claims.~crlf~ ~crlf~Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:~crlf~##Engage with Group entities, OEs and other counterparts to analyze the business requirements.~crlf~##Identify areas with potential for harmonization across OEs and configuration within ITMP.~crlf~##Model and simulate the (sub-) processes & configuration options. ~crlf~##Create or supervise creation of deliverables in analysis & design stages. Support implementation during the delivery cycle. ~crlf~##Contribute to building a central data analytics repository for operational data.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##Higher education, ideally in insurance, IT or adjacent area.~crlf~##Solid background in one or more areas of the insurance processes (e.g. Claims, Policy Admin etc.). ~crlf~##Experience with tools for process management, process configuration or process mining is an advantage.~crlf~##Strong technology and data literacy, project management capabilities.~crlf~##Knowledge of ACM and ITMP (for internal applicants).~crlf~##English as a main working language.~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##5+ years of experience in roles related to Insurance Operations, IT projects (Business Analysis), Organizational Management (Process Analysis and Modeling).~crlf~##Very strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills with a solution-oriented approach.~crlf~##Experience in process analysis, modeling and simulation.~crlf~##Experience in work in agile team setup. ~crlf~##Ability to self-guided work in the complex work environment.~crlf~##Collaboration skills, also in the virtual team setup.~crlf~
