Allianz SE Holding IT is the retained IT organization of Allianz SE. The IT Risk & Compliance Manager is responsible for managing IT risks in accordance with the corresponding Allianz policies and functional rules (e.g. APITIS, AFRIT, AFIRM, AFRIS).~crlf~The IT Risk & Compliance Manager is also responsible for managing information risks in line with the business owners’ risk appetite and for assessing and monitoring the compliance of the OE IT function.

##Supports the business owners in scoping the OE’s IT and its constituting objects at risk according to their inherent risk~crlf~##Identifies information risks with respect to all relevant IT controls, leveraging provider’s control assurance~crlf~##Supports the business owners in assessing the information risks with respect to probability and impact~crlf~##Supports the business owners in deciding on the adequate risk response~crlf~##Monitors the responses to the Information Risks in applications like Archer and ORGS, and reports on their status to the CIO as well as to the relevant Allianz group functions~crlf~##Regularly re-assesses information risks ~crlf~##Gathers information on the compliance of the OE IT function with relevant internal and external regulation~crlf~##Monitors external regulation for relevant changes aligned with the OE compliance function~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Master’s Degree in information technology, business administration or similar~crlf~##Profound knowledge of IT service management and IT processes and frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, PMI)~crlf~##Advanced hands-on skills in using end-user productivity tools (MS365 esp. Teams and Sharepoint)~crlf~##Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to IT risks~crlf~##IT audit experience is a plus~crlf~##Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), must be highly proficient in spoken and written German~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills~crlf~##Experience in IT risk management~crlf~##3-5 years experience in information technology ideally in the financial services industry~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience and stakeholders on senior management level~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems based on multiple sources of information~crlf~##Proven flexibility and adaptability in effectively driving results in an environment of changing priorities~crlf~##Self-motivated team player~crlf~
