You will be responsible for prioritizing the demands across different BMP projects and LoBs. You will working from Munich with various OE BMP teams and experts.~crlf~ ~crlf~You will be part of the BMP Implementation, Run, Demand team, a key division within the ACM department, including cross-functional transformation experts delivering the rollout of BMP and leading co-creation workshops in the BMP design phase. The Demand Manager for ACM will report to the Head of BMP Implementation, Run, Demand.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Allianz Customer Model (ACM) is the global initiative of Allianz Group that aims to accelerate the transformation of our business with the customer at the core. The ACM unit, within H10 Business Transformation at Allianz SE, is responsible for the design and the implementation of ACM, including the codification of ACM into BMP, across the entire Allianz Group, based on simplicity and harmonization of products, services and processes. ~crlf~ ~crlf~H10 is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. ##Managing the Demand and Change Request Process from receipt of demands, especially for changing or adding functionality to BMP, to approval/rejection of change requests incl. progress tracking, meeting management, stakeholder liaison~crlf~##Active demand management, pre-analysis and assessment of demands~crlf~##Categorization of demands and integration of those into the Visioning roadmap~crlf~##Close alignment with change requestors and impact assessors~crlf~##Manage follow-up activities with Allianz entities, SE and ACM-internal stakeholders~crlf~##Ensure that all data and all relevant information is submitted on time (esp. change and project information)~crlf~##Communication of decision outcomes, ensuring information flow across all relevant Allianz entities and stakeholders~crlf~##Conduct change control reporting~crlf~##Drive continuous process improvement~crlf~##Close cooperation with the other ACM teams, OEs, H4, and Allianz Technology~crlf~##Support the team in other tasks/activities/projects as needed, especially in the areas of reporting, steering, preparation of important meetings, and conceptual tasks~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Excellent proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint)~crlf~##Experience of Jira and Confluence are an advantage~crlf~##Business fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage, especially German - but not a must)~crlf~##Project management skills (both traditional and agile) are an advantage ~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##At least 2-3 years of working experience in insurance and very good insurance-knowledge~crlf~##Analytical mindset, structured approach to solving challenges~crlf~##Attention to detail~crlf~##Well organized, solution-oriented and proactive team-player with excellent communication skills~crlf~##Strong customer orientation~crlf~##Need to grasp complex topics easily and quickly~crlf~##Enthusiastic about developing and implementing new ideas, but also having a realistic and practical outlook~crlf~##Considering diversity in a team as an asset~crlf~##Experience in project work in a multicultural environment would be helpful~crlf~##Team player~crlf~
