    HR Controlling focuses on HR Reporting and Workforce Analytics.~crlf~For the support of our HR Reporting activities, the team is looking for a working student in part-time.~crlf~The HR Controlling department, is responsible for all HR related data and determines the key performance indicators for measuring HR’s contribution to company success. By this, the team offers you insights into our worldwide HR structure covering more than 140,000 employees. You will be involved in gathering figures from many different HR functions and use them to answer business relevant questions. All your tasks will be supervised and guided by experienced HR analysts to guarantee best results and to support you in developing your skills.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Support the global HR data collection processes for reporting purposes by quality checks of delivered data and assist local HR coordinators ~crlf~##Create reports from several databases via MS Excel and draft recommendations. Support your message with explanatory graphs, tables, etc.~crlf~##Ensure technical set-up of global SAP BW (access management, system rights, IT specifications)~crlf~##Run application tests for global annual HR Metrics process~crlf~##Update training material for various manuals (SAP BW manual, data definition training, etc.)~crlf~##Support current ongoing rollout projects for our new global reporting tool from SuccessFactors~crlf~##Manage global HR Reporting Portal and update content

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Qualification:~crlf~##Currently enrolled as student in economics, mathematic, business administration or business informatics/engineering with focus on HR Management~crlf~##High proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint/ThinkCell)~crlf~##Understand and work with data~crlf~##Fluent German and English in speech and writing~crlf~##SAP BW of SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics knowledge would be very helpful~crlf~##Ability to perform qualified researches ~crlf~##Ability to manage project plans and to track progress~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##Well organized, proactive team-player, customer oriented and communicative~crlf~##Grasp complex topics easily and quickly~crlf~##Experience in project work in a multicultural environment would be helpful ~crlf~##Enthusiasm about developing and implementing new ideas, but also having a realistic and practical outlook~crlf~##Considering diversity in a team as an asset
