    ##The team is the Group Compliance Implementation, Oversight, Assurance and Investigations team.~crlf~##The job role is that of Coordinator and Senior Compliance Risk and Assurance Expert.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Directly exercises Compliance oversight over all allocated operating legal entities, Regional hubs and/or Global Lines within the Allianz Group~crlf~##Monitors implementation of new Compliance program roll-outs in the allocated operating legal entities, Regional hubs and/or Global Lines ~crlf~##Assists with, introduces to and integrates new Heads of Compliance in the allocated operating legal entities into Group Compliance and its processes and requirements~crlf~##Contributes to the maintenance and update of the global core Compliance risk and assurance framework~crlf~##Supports and/or coordinates and/or leads the annual core Compliance risk and assurance self-assessment process(es) including expert challenges in the allocated operating legal entities, Regional hubs and/or Global Lines~crlf~##Actively participates in and/or leads reviews of and key control testing in operating legal entities, Regional hubs and Global Lines in accordance with the core Compliance assurance framework and Group Compliance review plan ~crlf~##Monitors and actively follows up on the closure of implementation gaps/effectiveness issues identified from monitoring and Compliance assurance/investigative activities in the allocated operating legal entities, Regional hubs and/or Global Lines~crlf~##Contributes to the needs analysis and content of training required on the core Compliance risk and assurance frameworks and processes ~crlf~##Trains and advises the allocated operating legal entities, Regional hubs and Global Lines on the core Compliance risk and assurance frameworks and processes ~crlf~##Maintains up-to-date expertise and provides relevant information to Group Compliance and relevant employees related to Compliance risk and assurance.~crlf~##Supports and liaises with Group Compliance colleagues, other central functions – such as IT, Protection and Resilience, Cyber security, Business Divisions, Audit, Risk, etc – in relation to these core Compliance processes.~crlf~##Represents the Allianz Group's interests internally with reference to these core Compliance risk and assurance processes.~crlf~##Supports and actively contibutes to the content and preparation of reports to various internal and external stakeholders~crlf~##Supports and actively contributes to digital efforts in Group Compliance to improve efficiencies and effectiveness including but not limited to the development/improvement of IT tools in support of the risk and assurance processes and digiltising/automating processes~crlf~##Supports and actively contributes to other projects within Group Compliance as assigned

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Qualification:~crlf~##Postgraduate degree in Management/Business/Economics/Law ~crlf~##Fluent in English (spoken and written) and business fluency in one other language preferably German.~crlf~##Solid skills in MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel). Experience working with ORGS/Open Pages and working knowledge of Tableau/Cognos/SharePoint is an advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##A minimum of 5 years work experience in Financial Services or Consulting to Financial Services in at least two of the following areas: Legal, Compliance, Risk or Audit and in one or more of the following processes:~crlf~ a. Compliance risk management~crlf~ b. Control program implementation~crlf~ c. Reviews, audits or program maturity assessment or key control testing~crlf~ d.
