Automotive manufacturers, mobility and financial services providers can choose from a portfolio of customized products and service solutions in motor insurance, warranty, assistance and ancillary products. ~crlf~ ~crlf~The Team for Strategic Project Management is responsible for the development, refinement and implementation of Allianz Automotive’s overall strategy and its translation into tangible actions. It co-creates solutions for business challenges together with internal and external experts and enables Allianz Automotive to reach its full business potential. Furthermore, the department is responsible for the development of Allianz Automotive’s organizational setup and the underlying business models to increase efficiency and distribution power.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Strategic Project Manager will lead and work on a portfolio of projects which drive strategic initiatives from concept to reality closely liaising with multiple stakeholders – within Allianz Automotive, with other departments of the Allianz Group and with external business partners.

Key responsibilities/core project focus include:~crlf~##Develop and refine Allianz Automotive’s strategy including its underlying business model and prepare strategic action plans for Allianz Automotive’s top management and Allianz Group’s overall strategic planning process ~crlf~##Identify future trends in the automotive and insurance industry (e.g. CASE, digitalization, retail innovation) and evaluate their potential impact on Allianz Automotive’s business model ~crlf~##Develop new and innovative insurance and mobility service solutions to better meet distribution partners’ and clients’ needs~crlf~##Identify growth opportunities with current and future products and services~crlf~##Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives within Allianz Automotive, including communication of results to top management, steering of work streams, challenging of deliverables and building relationships with key stakeholders~crlf~##Drive the Allianz Automotive strategic planning process~crlf~##Support Allianz Automotive’s functional departments and actively steer joint projects with external partners (incl. tracking progress and taking actions as needed to ensure successful achievement of set targets) ~crlf~##Continuously challenge and enhance internal processes in order to increase efficiency and to reduce complexity. ~crlf~##Prepare strategic topics for management board as well and strategic planning processes ~crlf~##Direct report to Allianz Automotive top management ~crlf~
