IT Performance Management, within the CIO team, is in place to support the relationships between Allianz Partners (AzP) and our IT Technology arm Allianz Technology on the IT performance. We monitor the IT service quality and performance; we control the SLA fulfillment and co- manage the evolution of the SLA in the interest of the business.~crlf~ ~crlf~Future Challenges:~crlf~##Alignment of IT and Business view on Major Outages and their associated business impact.~crlf~##Manage the evolution and negotiation of the SLA targets and related contractual amendment, according to the IT quality risk and the business priorities.

##Controlling SLA fulfillment and manage potential SLA breach~crlf~##Participate on the regular review calls with AZ Technology service management for analysis and assessment of the monthly IT outages report.~crlf~##Control the IT performance reporting from AZ Technology and produce trend analysis of the IT service quality / performance~crlf~##Supervising day-to-day interactions and maintain relationships with all parties involved (Business and AZ Technology service management)~crlf~##Ensure correct follow-up of actions plans resulting from SLA breach, missed KPIs and/or escalations and complaints.~crlf~##Manage the SLA and associated KPI evolution according to the business needs and control the contractual KPI implementation by Allianz technology~crlf~##Work closely with Allianz Technology to identify new quality and performance improvement opportunities (Service Improvement Plan)~crlf~

Technical Skills:~crlf~##IT Architecture knowhow (functional, application, information architecture)~crlf~##Strategic IT thinking skills. Ability to combine rapid speed of disruptive innovations with minimal overall architecture impacts~crlf~~crlf~##Ability to estimate the business, financial and technical impact of Architecture alternatives~crlf~##Ability to translate business trends and IT strategy needs into Enterprise Architecture requirements~crlf~ ~crlf~General Skills:~crlf~##Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills~crlf~##Communication: Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple ways~crlf~~crlf~##Independently follow-up with stakeholders to aid in solution development~crlf~##Stakeholder management: ability to influence, guide and build relationships at a senior level within AZP~crlf~ ~crlf~Required Experience:~crlf~##3-5 years of IT services experience with an experience as service delivery manager~crlf~##2 years minimum working with ITIL model~crlf~##2-3 year of IT experience in Support or IT operation side~crlf~ ~crlf~Required Education / Certifications:~crlf~~crlf~##Solid experience (5+ years) in IT on service delivery management~crlf~##ITIL certification~crlf~
