Within the Finance Department of Allianz Partners, in Strategic Planning & Controlling team, you will be in charge of the global IT cost steering. You will be a key contributor to ensure transparency on IT cost development of the company and manage the relationship with our IT service provider Allianz Technology.~crlf~ ~crlf~You will actively participate in financial performance analysis, planning, steering and challenging for Allianz Partners Lines of Business and Regions. You will support with the preparation of global reports to our Allianz Partners Top Management (Board) and Allianz Group.~crlf~ ~crlf~This position within our organization enables Top Management to take strategic decisions, thanks to your reports and documents. You will be exposed to our senior financial management in an international environment.

##Coordinate yearly IT budget process (planning, tools and figures consolidation, organization) in close collaboration with CIO and Organizational Management teams~crlf~##Execute closing and reporting activities with focus on IT: actuals vs budget/previous periods variances analysis including regular reforecast~crlf~##Participate and coordinate IT Reporting for Allianz Group on a quarterly basis~crlf~##Lead and coordinate the preparation and the submission of Allianz Partners IT cost plan to Allianz Group ~crlf~##Control invoicing and reinvoicing process, including support to Allianz Partners Business Units worldwide and direct exchange with the Account manager in Allianz Technology~crlf~##Manage relationship and drive regular alignment with Allianz Technology Finance for reporting and budget/planning processes ~crlf~##Responding to various ad hoc requests for Allianz Partners Board of Management or Allianz Group~crlf~##Contribute to Finance function transformation, i.e. continuously improving planning & controlling processes and tools~crlf~##Contribute to various projects initiated by Finance teams or Business teams~crlf~

##Business school or Master degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling~crlf~##Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT cost controlling or similar role within CIO, Organizational Management or Finance/Controlling~crlf~##Knowledge of cost accounting and cost controlling ~crlf~##Strong financial and analytical skills and very high focus on accuracy~crlf~##Ability to synthesize and prioritize workload under tight deadlines~crlf~##Ability to communicate complex issues and build rapports and presentations for Top Management ~crlf~##Fluent English mandatory, both written and spoken~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, team player~crlf~##MS Office and SAP FI-CO skills with advanced levels in Excel and PowerPoint~crlf~
