Within Group Operations for travel, assistance and digital, the Business Architecture team aims at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes. It also strives to develop Customer centricity by driving best practices sharing programs (creating a community within the group, identifying and implementing Best Practices locally, and harmonizing processes & platform organization). Last but not least, it is responsible for the design and set-up of Operations for innovations and global products and fosters the digitalization of core processes by supporting the launch of digital products, defining blueprints and ensuring replication across Lines of Business and Business Units.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Roadside Assistance (RSA) team is looking for a Project Manager to answer its growing responsibilities within the organization, working closely with RSA Business Units (BUs), other departments within Global Operations Travel, Assistance and Digital (Organizational Management, Procurement & Network, Performance Management, Global Competence Centers, etc.), and outside of Global Operations (Sales, Underwriting, Market Management, etc.).

The RSA Project Manager will be involved in the team’s general activities, split in three main areas:~crlf~-Ensure excellence in run in RSA BUs~crlf~##Define, maintain and further complete guiding documentation for BUs: RSA Guidelines, Target Operating Model~crlf~##Continuous review of BU results via monitoring of main KPIs~crlf~##Steering of action plans in selected BUs / Business Partners~crlf~-Support the ongoing digital transformation in all Business Units (Global Business Model, GBM)~crlf~##Support BUs in the preparation, go live and post go live phases of the transformation via the Flying Squad process and methodology~crlf~##Push for continuous improvement of GBM via definition and prioritization of key enhancements based on RSA guiding documentation for RSA~crlf~##Gather and challenge as is situation in main BUs with a view to producing harmonized requirements and functionalities (such as comment categories)~crlf~##Review and assess change requests from BUs~crlf~-Foster competitiveness in new offers~crlf~##Harmonize, align and challenge internal costs for Global OEM tender~crlf~##Be the face of Operations for with Business Partners/prospects~crlf~##Drive continuous improvement of overall Global OEM quotation process (e.g. improvement of cost per minute methodology)~crlf~##Lead group wide projects to further increase price competitiveness and customer excellence, e.g. Repair on Spot and Phone Fix~crlf~-Support on any other ad hoc request (e.g. supporting documentation for Management meeting) or initiative related to Operations in the Business Architecture team.~crlf~ ~crlf~Profile ~crlf~##Business Process Improvement/Operations background in an international environment~crlf~##Ability to work in a matrix mode with different functions (Sales, Market Management, Organizational Management, etc. )~crlf~##Solid analytical, synthetical and problem solving skills~crlf~##Ability to produce high quality deliverables, attention to detail~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functional teams~crlf~##Comfortable in a changing environment, where ability to react and handle short##notice requests is expected~crlf~

##Relevant experience in Insurance and Roadside assistance~crlf~##Coordination, organization and project management skills~crlf~##Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering~crlf~##English literacy is a must, second / third language highly appreciated~crlf~##Willingness to travel abroad, mostly within Europe~crlf~##Solid computer skills: MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, etc.
