He actively looks for business, prepares RfPs, and oversees the entire sales process when a deal is multi-country, as well as coordinates internal teams (e.g. underwriting, operations, local Business Units etc.) to develop creative solutions that meet customers’ expectations. He is the first point of contact for clients and acts as interface between client and internal teams for global accounts. He analyses new needs from prospects and develops proposals for potential new products to increase sales.

##Sales development of the Automotive portfolio in a given region with scanning of the market in order to identify potential customers ~crlf~##Contact potential targets (cold) and identify the decision makers within the client organization ~crlf~##Build market awareness to identify new innovative proposals to put on the market ~crlf~##Leverage existing local relationships in the Allianz Partners ecosystem to wider global partnerships. Support the business units in growing skills on Automotive and Mobility eco system~crlf~##Drive answers to RFPs and build proposal involving multifunctional teams for large multi-country deals / global accounts~crlf~##Interact at Board level in order to manage tenders on key global deals ~crlf~##Innovate to find compelling value propositions that create win-win situations with our customers~crlf~##Ensure internal alignment, e.g. stakeholders among Allianz Partners HQ functions, Allianz Insurance Entities, Allianz Partners , in all client activities and communication for assigned OEMs to ensure an coordinated approach and one voice to customers~crlf~##Establishing and enhancing knowledge on products, developments and trends of the major automotive and insurance markets and be the internal key communicator for the dedicated OEM incl. regular updates and overviews~crlf~##Analyse industry, market, clients' in order to identify the best opportunities/product/strategies for the selected OEM´s~crlf~

##Degree level of education.~crlf~##Excellent oral and written communication in English and preferably in French or German as well.~crlf~##Solid experience of 5+ years in Senior Account management or Sales. Automotive related industry experience is preferred.~crlf~##Professional presentation and good negotiation skills Proven communication ability and appetite to work in complex multi-national / multi-cultural environments~crlf~##Endurance and persistence, commitment and involvement, solution orientation to independently follow-up with stakeholders to aid in solution development~crlf~##Openness to new ideas and change, ability to learn, flexibility, adaptability, willingness to innovate, unconventional thinking~crlf~##Strong MS Office skills, notably in PowerPoint, Excel~crlf~##Frequent travel (international business trips)~crlf~
